Basic Policy regarding Return of Profits to Shareholders:
The Company recognizes the determination of dividend amount as the most important management policy based on the continuation of stable dividends to shareholders, and seeks to return profits by comprehensively considering the business results and dividend payout ratio for each fiscal year.
During the period of the medium-term management plan from the fiscal year ending March 2025 to the fiscal year ending March 2027, the Company has set a 3-year total return ratio of 80%. The Company will return profits to shareholders to meet the set total return ratio through dividends and the acquisition of treasury stock.
